Mill Creek Development, LLC/SYSCO Foods Distribution Center
The Chazen Companies was hired by Mill Creek Development, LLC to design a campus like commercial office park for a property located along I-90 just minutes from Downtown Albany New York. One of the original planned tenants for project was SYSCO Foods who envisioned placing a large food distribution warehouse facility on the site. Chazen completed numerous site design layouts and full site engineering, along with all survey and wetland services for development of this project. While not built, all engineering design was completed for this facility and construction was planned until ACOE wetland mitigation hurdles became insurmountable in the available time the company had to relocate its existing facilities.
