Comprehensive Plan/Zoning and Subdivision Regulations
TCC has prepared a Housing Plan for the Town of Putnam Valley and is now nearly complete with a Town-wide Comprehensive Plan. TCC is also working with the Town in re-writing the Town’s zoning and subdivision regulations so that these documents will be consistent with the Town’s new Comprehensive Plan.
Town Planner
TCC provides full planning services to the Town of Putnam Valley. A TCC staff planner spends one day each week at Town Hall meeting with applicants, assisting the Planning Board Clerk, and helping to coordinate and communicate with the zoning and code enforcement departments. In addition, TCC reviews all applications before the Planning Board, attends Planning Board and Town Board meetings, and works with the Comprehensive Plan Review Committee. TCC has recently completed a Housing Study and is currently working with the Town to complete a new comprehensive plan and zoning and subdivision code amendments.
