Rite Aid Pharmacy
TCC was responsible for the engineering and site planning of the expansion of an existing Rite Aid Pharmacy at a new location. The parcel totals 1.11 acres, and is comprised of 3 adjacent parcels requiring a lot line division which will result in two lots equaling .90 acres. TCC prepared a Full Environmental Assessment for this Rite Aid site, located at the corner of Hooker and Meyer Avenues in Poughkeepsie, New York. The project involved obtaining site plan approval to construct a 9,888 square foot retail pharmacy, which contains 9,492 square foot gross floor area, which results in 32 required parking spaces, of which the plan exceeded.
TCC has also worked on a variety of Rite Aid Site Plan relocations, including 2 sites in Poughkeepsie – Main Street and Vassar Road. These projects involved preparing site plans and obtaining site plan approval in compliance with the State Environmental Review Act (SEQRA).
TCC has done work on a large number of Rite Aid Pharmacies, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for locations in Kingston, Newburgh, Liberty, Arlington Square and Poughkeepsie, New York. The work for these projects also included geotechnical analysis and the development of site plans.
