Rotterdam Mohonasen Central School District
The Chazen Companies provided Civil/Site-work planning, design and construction phase services for a 20-million dollar district-wide reconstruction. The district includes Bradt Elementary School, Draper Middle School, Pinewood Elementary School and Mohonasen High School.
The reconstruction at Bradt Elementary School included the introduction of a little league baseball field and soccer field. Draper Middle School included the introduction of a softball and baseball field, football practice field, soccer field and shot put/discus field, while accommodating infrastructure improvements for planned building additions and renovations. The reconstruction at Pinewood Elementary School included expanded parking and bus stacking lanes while accommodating infrastructure improvements for planned building additions and renovations and Mohonasen High School included the introduction of an indoor swimming pool. Collectively, they all accommodating infrastructure improvements for planned building additions and renovations.
