Saratoga Hospital General
The Chazen Companies provided facilities management services to Saratoga Hospital, including surveying, planning, landscape architecture, and civil and environmental engineering, for many years. Chazen assisted the hospital with the preparation of an amendment to the Saratoga Hospital Professional/Medical Planned Unit Development, increasing the total Planned Unit Development area from about 22 acres to just under 25 acres. This amendment provided for future projects within the hospital campus. As facility planners, Chazen completed a comprehensive parking demand analysis that led to the identification of several deficiencies. Working in conjunction with hospital staff, we developed a parking expansion plan consistent with a modified parking management plan. Additionally, Chazen completed a Master Landscape Plan for the main campus.
