Spectrum Communities
The project involves the development of a 263-lot residential subdivision, Wastewater Treatment Plant, and supporting infrastructure. The project is designed as a cluster subdivision, which will preserve approximately 65 percent or 311 acres of the 480-acre site. Construction is set to begin in December 2003 and be completed by December 2007.
