St. Francis Hospital, Town of Poughkeepsie
The Chazen Companies completed all survey, planning, civil engineering, environmental engineering and landscape architectural components for a major expansion of the hospital. The project included a new 142,765 s.f. four-story medical office building, a new 303,800 s.f. four story parking garage, and rehabilitation of existing parking areas on the site. Site development aspects of the project included water, sewer, stormwater and electric service relocations, redesign of highway entrance configurations to improve pedestrian and automobile circulation patterns ground level parking redesign to address the new hospital building entrance design and landscape improvements designed to help unit the new improvements with the existing hospital facilities.
