Chazen University is a comprehensive professional development program that provides staff at all levels the ability to expand their technical knowledge, grow their expertise and advance their careers.
The program is structured by Academies covering each of Chazen’s core service lines. It relies on the fundamental principle of collaboration between the employee and Chazen to foster a culture where staff are empowered to increase knowledge in their area of practice and expand their overall understanding of the diverse services Chazen offers.
Within Chazen University, employees have access to a host of free educational courses facilitated by in house and external industry experts. Courses are offered throughout the year including in person classes at the office, webinars, videos and personal mentoring. Chazen is certified by the New York State Education Department as an approved Continuing Education (CEU) Provider. Chazen University plays a major role in maintaining the vast number of employees professional license.
