Chazen provided full SEQR planning, engineering, water and wastewater, landscape architecture, ecological, traffic, permitting and survey services for the conversion of Silo Ridge Golf Course into a Golf Resort Community on 670 acres of rolling land. Nevele

Chazen was retained to complete environmental, ecological, site/civil and geotechnical engineering, land surveying and SEQR services to support redevelopment of the Nevele Resort & Spain into the Nevele ProSport Campus. The project includes 500 units of new/refurbished hotel space and associated amenities, an indoor/outdoor waterpark, and a revitalized golf course, ice rink and ski slope. Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union

Chazen has been working closely with Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union on new building structures throughout the Hudson Valley. The credit union is one of the five largest federal credit unions in New York with over $2.27 billion in assets. Chazen has provided a variety of services ranging from topographic and boundary survey to geotechnical investigations, wetlands assessment, utility and site design, traffic studies and landscape architecture. Hudson Harbor Waterfront Development

Chazen provided full design, engineering, landscape architecture, permitting, planning, and surveying services for the redevelopment of a LEED® Certified 24+ acre brownfield site along the waterfront in the Village of Tarrytown. 247-residential units are featured together with 80,000 square feet of professional/ commercial/office space, and 20,000 square feet of restaurant/retail space and other public amenities.

Gas Station, Convenience Store

Chazen obtained site plan approval and a special-use permit to construct a 1,805-square foot building to accommodate a convenience store modifications to existing pump stations. Project included the removal of the original 1,230-square foot building, modifications to the associated parking lot to provide additional spaces and an upgraded subsurface drainage system. 46th and Utah Mixed-Use

Chazen prepared detailed site development/civil engineering plans for a mixed-use, urban infill development containing two retail spaces and three-single family residences.
